Mimo uses two Third-Party Service Providers for the provision of E-Money Wallets. This means that you will have access to two separate and distinct E-Money Wallets.

These providers are:

1. Modulr Finance Ltd a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09897957, whose registered office is at Scale Space, 58 Wood Lane, London W12 7RZ.

Modulr Finance Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number: 900573).  Modulr's customer terms can be found here.

2. Airwallex (UK) Limited: a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10103420, whose registered address is at Labs House, 15-19 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1A 2TH.

Airwallex (UK) Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number: 900876).  Airwallex's customer terms can be found here.

Plaid Financial Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11103959, whose registered office is at New Pendrel House, 4th Floor, 283-288 High Holborn, London WC1V 7HP.

Direct Debit

GoCardless Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07495895, whose registered office is at Sutton Yard, 65 Gosswell Road, London EC1V 7EN.
