What is Mimo?
Mimo, founded in early 2023, stands for Money-in and Money-out. Our mission is to be the ultimate tool for global payments, cash flow management, and financing, empowering SMEs and the Accountants & Bookkeepers that serve them to save time and money while maintaining financial control. Since our inception, we've launched multiple products, grown to over 15 team members, and secured funding from top institutional investors. And we're just getting started.
Why Revenue Operations Matters at Mimo
At Mimo, we believe that Revenue Operations is instrumental to act as the glue between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, to maximise the impact of our growth engine.
By breaking down customer journeys and improving team collaboration, RevOps enhances efficiency, ensures better data-driven decision-making, and ultimately drives growth acceleration. It also helps us identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve customer experiences, and accelerate revenue outcomes.
Your Role in Solving Problems Across Mimo
As a Growth Intern, you'll learn the fundamentals across the company. You will be expected to:
Gain an in-depth understanding of our Go-to-Market motion
Learn the intricacies of our CRM (Hubspot), and what funnels look like
Build and automate workflows for customer engagement and reporting
Derive and analyse commercial targets to inform commercial decision making
Collaborate with our product, engineering, and commercial teams to support Mimo’s fast growth.
Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Work together with the commercial team, to identify where we can improve our funnels.
Process Improver: Collaborate with the team to enhance our internal tools and processes, especially improving our Hubspot CRM with automation and enrichments.
Follow the data: Inform Marketing and Sales efforts by creating reports and analysing commercial data to understand where our efforts have the highest impact.
Your Path
In this role, you'll gain a deep understanding of Mimo’s growth strategy. Starting with our CRM, the backbone of our commercial team, you'll be able to grow and specialise in areas that match your skills and interests. This role covers marketing, sales, customer support, but also client onboarding & compliance. You will get to collaborate with a dedicated team from each function to broaden your commercial skillset.

Minimum Requirements
Probably in year 3-5 at university studies, where an impressive academic record can strengthen your application.
Be fluent in both English and Swedish. While we are based in Sweden and are a Swedish company, we use English internally and with our customers.
Share something you are passionate about or proud of that you've invested your time in.
Be able to spend one day per week at our office in Stockholm.
Bonus
You have experience using Hubspot, Excel, SQL, GSuite, and any other tools you would expect a tech company to use. Any coding experience is also considered a plus.
Have relevant work experience (you have done an internship somewhere, where you learned stuff that can be applied to Mimo), especially across Customer and Growth facing roles.
