Four default roles for simplicity
To make setup seamless, we’ve introduced four pre-configured roles:
Contributor – Can create invoices and bills but can’t approve or pay.
Approver – Can approve payments but can’t execute them.
Payer – Can initiate payments but requires approvals if applicable.
Admin – Has full access to all financial workflows and settings.
These roles provide clear separation of duties, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring compliance with internal approval policies.
Custom permissions for maximum flexibility
Every business operates differently, so we’re also offering fully customisable permissions. You can define exactly what each user can see and do—whether it’s restricting access to specific accounts, setting transaction limits, or tailoring approval flows.
